About a week ago I met a boy called Eric who was from Newzeland and livedo a small catamaran. He was 11 years old and had a great wee optimist that we went saiing in. He was a really nice boy and great fun to be with.
A few days before I met him Jay and I sold biscuits around the anchorage and made $21.10 each in profit after we had payed Mum for the ingredients and Dad for the dingy fuel!!! We did that twice. Jay made them in our small oven which took ages in the morning and then I went in the dingy and sold them. I think we sold about 125 biscuits each time in bags of five for $2 per bag!!! We advertised them on the cruisers net in the morning of the days that we sold them.
Around about that time the Monaco F1 rally and the Spanish Grand Prix was on so Dad and I watched it in Bonitos cafe on their big screen TV ashore!!
At the moment we are preparing for Jay and Dads trans-atlantic trip and I am trying to find my best option for GCSEs!!!
